You will receive booking confirmation and information on how to arrive via email. An encharged person will welcome you at San Giovanni d'Asso.

Please note that we will need your documents to inform the Police and Tourist authorities of your stay. 


 

Montalcino tourist tax

Starting from 2018, the Municipality of Montalcino has set the tourist tax at € 2 per person per day (maximum 7 days). The payment excludes children under the age of 14 years. As owners, we are obliged to collect this tax on behalf of the Municipality.

THIS TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION COSTS. WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO CONSIDER THIS COST IN YOUR BUDGET.

These prices are not applied during national holidays and local events.  

 


 

Prices above refer to two people.

Cost for a third person: 10 € per day
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning: 30 €

Downpayment: 30% on the booking total amount, to be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
Minimum stay: 2 nights.

 

Check in: between 15.00 and 20.00  // Late check in: 15 €
 

Check out: by 11.00

Please inform us on your arrival time at least two days in advance.
